The owner Pennington Greene a native son of Washington D.C. and is the founder and Managing Director of the company Smart Windows. Pennington or Penn as he is called by friends is a graduate from the University of South Florida with a degree in Business Management.

After graduation, Pennington went on to have corporate success with companies such as Xerox Corporation,United Airlines, Bristol Myers, over his 40-year career. Excelling in sales, sales management, marketing and promotions. His accomplishments are varied in all different types of both entrepreneurial and corporate endeavors.

His last venture was the development of 225 acres in Douglasville Georgia ( www.tuscanyhillsatl.com ) .Pennington was fortunate early in his business career to be associated with Richard Taylor who started a window manufacturing company called Vytex Windows in Beltsville Maryland, thus he was able to get an inside look into what it takes to create a world class vinyl window company.

So now as we come full circle, a lifetime of entrepreneurship and corporate endeavors. The Smart Windows company was founded with the passion that Pennington has brought to all his ventures.
